Great ground experience, new seat has the right amount of privacy and is very comfortable in both seat and bed positions, with plenty of well-designed storage.

Flight attendants present in the aisles for the majority of the flight. there were plenty of agents ready to help passenger upon arrival.

The Toronto flight was delayed due to maintenance, so they missed our Chicago connection to Tokyo.　JAL as a national airline is a disaster - little wonder it is in bankruptcy!

The service was an improvement over last time. The entertainment was average and lacking a real range of media to play and on my return trip home from Tokyo.

Fast check-in, efficient, friendly, cabin attendants, delicious meals, wide variety of entertainment, frequent water and green tea offerings, spotless lavatories.

ANA ground staff who assisted me with getting on the next day's flight to NRT.Very good quality meals and plenty of drinks served with FAs coming by with drinks throughout the flight.

ANA failed to alert passengers about its cancelled flight. ANA was previously known for its customer service (that we expect from Japanese airlines), but don't be fooled.

SFO-NRT, B777-200, return in economy class. Perfect service, excellent food. very clean. Everything was perfect except seat pitch length, very uncomfortable. Best service I've ever had, but worst seat comfort I've ever had in this round trip.

This Weekend

Hello everyone? How are you?

Now, I have cold... I often cough;( It is too bad!! But! Today is WC game, Japan vs Paraguay!!!!!! I will go to the public view to watch it with my friends. I'm looking forward to it very much♪ If I had a chance to talk with forigners, I want to try to speak English with them:)

By the way, I took TOEIC this weekend. This was second time to take it. Last time, I was left the time to answer these questions, so this time I took it slowly. Then I noticed, the left time was only 10 min. for 20 questions!!! I panicked of course. Eventually, I could answer all, but I couldn't recheck... Then, I want to take more speedy next time!

After that, I watched the WC game, Germany vs England. Did you watch this? I felt so sorry to England because their goal wasn't counted even if the ball was in the goal! I think the judgments had to check more cafelly and don't want to do such things in Japanese game!

Then, I will write about tonight's game next;) I wish I could report the good result to you★

After few years passed, they happens to meet again! They know they still loves each other. Then, the story is finished, and the old women suddenly remember everything! What memories does she remember?

I think this is the most dramatic comedy in what I watched before. This makes us a heart-warming, and got an award-winning, critically-acclaimed Independent. However, the last is a heart-breaking... It's too sad! But I think this can teach us how important love is. Please check this!
